Case studies of companies using project team integration. The objective of this research is to find solutions to counteract the fragmentation caused by the traditional mode of project delivery. The traditional mode favors the transfer of risks to minimize the costs of each stakeholder, the judicialization of this process leads to significant costs while creating a conflictual environment that is not conducive to collaboration, innovation and finally the success of the project. To solve these problems, the collaborative mode seems to be a solution to maximize the value. It is a matter of bringing all the stakeholders to collaborate from the beginning to develop a common vision of the project while keeping the creation of value for the project at the center of their concerns. This research project should help identify collaborative modes applicable to the Quebec context by focusing on processes specific to the optimization of value in projects.
